Top-down realistic photograph of a university student’s desk by a dorm-room window in soft early-morning light: an open laptop showing an abstract task list, a paper planner, class notes, a coffee mug, headphones, and a backpack partly in frame. Add subtle film grain to the photographic scene. Overlay flat-designed graphic elements: three clean colored loop arrows connecting small calendar, book, and laundry-basket icons, plus a few rounded checkmark cards arranged along the right side to show flexible recurring routines. Use a calm navy, warm cream, and muted coral palette, with generous negative space in the upper-left for a headline.

Todoist vs TickTick for Students: Pick Your Failure Mode

Editorial still-life photo of a tidy student desk in early-evening window light, viewed from slightly above. On the left, an open laptop shows a dark note workspace with subtle connected dots, blank cards, and no readable text; on the right, a smartphone shows a clean, unlabelled checklist interface with simple checkbox shapes and small date dots. Include a closed textbook, a few index cards, a mechanical pencil, one highlighter, and a ceramic mug. Composition is balanced with the laptop and phone visibly contrasting two organizational styles. No people, logos, or readable text.
